چکیده

This study aimed to compare weed flora in conventionally and organically grown medicinal aromatic plants (MAPs): basil, pot marigold, dill, peppermint; terms of composition abundance. A total 28 species (25 15 conventional organic crops, respectively) were identified. The presence abundance certain affected by MAP farming system. Higher diversity weediness, lower floristic similarity found crops. Also, the analysed MAPs differed weediness individual species. Correspondence analysis pointed with most frequent abundant Setaria pumila Portulaca oleracea conventional; Amaranthus retroflexus, Datura stramonium, Sorghum halepense In both systems, therophytes dominant life forms indicating a strong anthropogenic influence. The results should contribute establishing control measures that are adequate for two systems.
